Municipal Workers’ Comp

Municipal Workers’ Comp

The optional Municipal Workers’ Comp was established in 1985 to help cities and towns meet their statutory responsibilities for on-the-job employee injuries and loss-of-time claims. Premiums are billed annually at reasonable rates. There is no additional charge or fee for loss control services, bill review costs or in-house legal counsel. A team of friendly and experienced adjusters manage and process claims, and the program is fully protected in accordance with state law.
